ELMO and a haircut

Matthew and and I went to see Elmo Grows Up Friday morning with one of the ladies that I teach with. She has a son that is a month younger than Matthew, the boys had a great time, Matthew danced and sang the whole time.

We ate at KFC on 82 in Albany on the way back, I don't recommend it. It was a) awful food b) nasty and c) the floor was wet and we almost owned the kernel. I was pissed, sorry not a better word, when the floor was so wet, Matthew went sliding down and hit his head. All we got in return was a pack of Teddy Grahams. Then this man with tattoos decided that he missed his kids, so he bought all 4 kids dessert, well, Kailyn opened hers first, and she kept telling Wendy that it tasted funny. Finally, Wendy smelled it and it was sour! It had expired@!! When I took it back up to the counter, they acted like I was crazy for even suggesting that they give us something different. The manager opened another one and took a big lick out of it and said, it tasted fine to her. I almost died. So we got apple turnovers instead. KFC, you need to stick with making what you make best: chicken!!

We all got haircuts this week. I started with my haircut and highlights, then Matthew got a "hairtut" then last night, Brooke got a major cut. We have saved it and are sending it to Locks Of Love.

So now, i am finishing packing and waiting on my ride to spend tonight in Macon and then on up to Dalton to a wedding! It is going to involve some shopping too!!
